Certification of Enrollment

Certifications of Enrollment are letters that give dates of enrollment, full-time or part-time status, and dates of potential or actual graduation. They do not show grades or GPA.

Certification of Enrollment may be used for loan deferments, 'good student' auto insurance discounts, employee tuition reimbursment approvals, and to show proof of enrollment to insurance companies.

Requesting a Certification of Enrollment Letter:

Required Information

1. Student's name (name used when enrolled at DeVry)
2. Social Security number or DeVry ID number
3. Current Address
4. Contact Phone Number
5. Number of copies being requested
6. Complete address where the Certification of Enrollment Letters will be mailed, if student is not picking up the letters
7. Student's signature
