Grades & Grade Changes

A student should be able to view their grades from the previous semester or session via OSS by Wednesday of the week after the semester or session has ended.

If a student believes a grade is incorrect, the instructor should be contacted. The instructor will submit a grade change to the Academic Dean if appropriate. Grades should be changed by the end of the first week of the new semester. Changed grades may be seen on OSS via Academic History.
