Mission

The Society of Women Engineers (SWE):

• Stimulates women to achieve full potential in careers as engineers and leaders,
• Expands the image of the engineering profession as a positive force in
  improving the quality of life, and
• Demonstrates the value of diversity.

Membership

The Society of Women Engineers (SWE) is open to all students at DeVRY. We schedule meetings, speakers, and field trips relating to electronics and technology and to the opportunities and problems for women in the technical workforce. We also participate in the monthly meetings of the Dallas Section of SWE. Watch for notices on the bulletin boards for upcoming events.
