Student Housing
offers a standard housing plan that consists of a two-bedroom
two-bathroom apartment. Each apartment houses four students and
each student must pay $1,500 per term (prices are subject to change
during the semester).

New students
wishing to live in student housing must pay a deposit of $150.00,
as well as the first and last months rent ($750.00), a total
of $900, before move in. All deposits postmarked after the
deadline will have a $25.00 late fee applied.

Water,
sewer, and trash are paid in full.

The housing
department pays the first $75.00 of the electric bill. Anything
over that amount will be divided among the roommates living
in the apartment for that month.

There
is a Fee Guarantee that ensures a student's rent will not
increase during the Housing Agreement period even if a roommate
moves out of housing or housing expenses increase.
