Student Housing
Payment Information
Students may
opt to pay for the semester in whole or in installments. Students
wishing to pay for the semester in whole will have to pay $1,500
at the beginning of the semester. Students wishing to pay installments
will make four payments of $375.00 during the semester.

June 1, 2007
New students
for the Spring term will have to pay $750.00 for their first housing
payment. This covers their first and last months installments.
Payment
Options:
Payments
may be paid by the due date:
- In person
at the Cashier window
- By credit
card over the phone with the Housing staff
- By mail
to the Housing Department
- Be sure
to specify that your payment is intended for HOUSING, to prevent
it from being applied to the incorrect account.
Payments
that are not made on time will be charged a $20.00 Late Fee
Payment
Agreements can be arranged to reschedule rent due dates when
unusual circumstances prevent prompt payment. This option must
be scheduled five business days before rent is due, and the
proper paper work must be completed. This arrangement can be
made in Student Central.
Financial
Aid For Housing:
Students
requesting Financial Aid must notify the Financial Aid office
if they need additional aid to help pay for Housing. Students
must notify the Housing office by the deadline date if they
plan to use financial aid to help cover their Housing.
Students
are responsible for their rent until funds are disbursed.
